Guma Mining Resources is focussed mainly in rare earth minerals. The focus is to mine minerals that are required for energy used in the automotive industry, electric vehicles, batteries storage.

DRC: Copper & Cobalt

RSA: Copper

NIGER: Gold 

Africa's mineral wealth is substantial, with mining contributing significantly to export revenues. In 2020, Africa accounted for 68% of global cobalt production, 62% of diamond production, and 43% of gold production.

  • Precious Metals: Gold mining remains a substantial industry, with Ghana, South Africa, and Mali being key producers. Investments in exploration and responsible mining practices can yield returns.
  • Battery Minerals: Cobalt and lithium demand for electric vehicles is driving interest in these minerals. Cobalt alone is projected to see a CAGR of 12.4% between 2021 and 2028.
