I have been blessed in my career (spanning some 23 years with 18 years at executive management level) to have been exposed to a wide range of business disciplines and operations in various African countries, including South Africa, Swaziland, Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, Mozambique, Malawi, Kenya, Ghana and many more recently the DRC.
I have a wide-ranging and varied scope of experience (with world-class blue-chip multi-national companies) and I endeavoured to provide the reader with a snapshot in the following three pages.

I have a track record of successfully implementing various turn-around strategies. Difficult assignments have characterized my career so far and I am no stranger to working in a highly charged and stressful environment.
I have a proven track record of being able to create a vision for an organisation and being able to take people with me on the journey. I fundamentally believe to lead by example.
I am strategically minded and ensures buy-in whilst at the same time I am focused on implementation, delivery and tracking progress. I have a well-trained ability to take o 30 000 foot view and then dive in to the detail to resolve bottlenecks or obstacles as may be required.
I believe I am well versed and experienced on all aspects of running a successful company (Please refer to the following three pages). Whether I am negotiating a mega project or contract, or engaging with snr government officials; whether I am in a boardroom presenting a strategic intent or discussing the financials in detail with my CFO, I am equally comfortable.
I fundamentally believe in finding win-win solutions. I believe it takes more effort and perhaps a bit more time, but the solutions are more sustainable and robust. As a result, I believe I am proficient in negotiating all forms of contracts and solutions.
